Study Shows 23% of Infants and Children with Eczema Are Sensitive to Peanuts

Infants and children with eczema are at high risk of having peanut and other food allergies. “We were shocked to find out that even in the first year of life, over 20% of infants with eczema already were sensitized

[showed susceptibility] to peanut allergy,” says Graham Roberts, MD, a pediatric allergist at King’s College London. Roberts reports that by the time they enter school, children with eczema have a high rate of peanut allergies. A recent study involved 640 infants aged 4-11 months with eczema. The findings were presented at the annual meeting of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology.

The researchers measured blood levels of immunoglobulin E (IgE), an immune system protein the body makes in response to allergens.  A positive result means a person is sensitive to and likely to be allergic to a certain food.

The results showed:

23% of the infants were sensitive to peanuts.  31% were sensitive to cow’s milk.  22% were sensitive to sesame.  16% were sensitive to Brazil nuts.  20% were sensitive to hazelnuts. 21% were sensitive to cashews and 14% were sensitive to almonds.

Components of food allergies are critical to understand, control and treat eczema

Chronic allergies are caused by the overgrowth of Candida Albicans. This is a type of yeast that thrives in the gastrointestinal tract. There will always be some of this yeast in every human being, but it is ideally balanced by beneficial bacteria. The beneficial bacteria is commonly referred to as intestinal flora. Intestinal flora helps in the digestion process, and it furthermore aids in removing toxic materials. Conversely, candida is a parasitic yeast, which robs the body of nutrients, and it increases the toxic waste products that a body must eliminate. These two groups of organisms frequently battle each other for dominance!

Curing candida through diet is surprisingly easy. It involves the avoidance of foods which are based on yeast and refined simple carbohydrates, such as white flour, white rice and refined sugar. Avoid all soft drinks. Soft drinks massively lower a body’s pH and thereby its oxygen content. Eat plenty of protein, and include as many vegetables in the diet as possible. They provide core nutrients that are needed by the body in order to fully recover. A little coconut oil every day will attack yeast in both the mouth and gastrointestinal tract.

There are two holistic remedies that I recommend to my clients with eczema, in addition to dietary changes, which accelerate the healing process dramatically:

Natural Defense Harmonized Water and Restore Immune Repair Elixir

Natural Defense Harmonized Water contains several revolutionary breakthroughs. It helps to balance tissue dis-harmonies by delivering medicinal radio frequencies to the cells in the form of water. Drinking Harmonized Water results in a modification to the “toxic filter” which allows healthy cellular activity to return. This formula harmonizes candida and improves immune dis-harmonies.

Restore is a revolutionary new nutraceutical that combines modern technology and an ancient Chinese medicinal herb. A well-researched, specialized extract of Sweet Wormwood achieved FDA approval in Kenya for its remarkable ability to increase the health and strength of your immune system and has received US Patent. When your immune system is strong, it is capable of correcting virtually every disease and imbalance the body may face. Restore removes toxins, reduces inflammation and repairs protein damage, thus providing the tools the body needs to heal itself.
